These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XwerseMovies (the "Service"), operated as a streaming platform for movies and TV shows. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

XwerseMovies provides access to a catalogue of movies and TV shows for streaming, free of charge, to any registered user. In addition, the Service offers an optional Request feature, letting you pay a one-time fee to request a specific title, season, or complete series that isn't already available, or a better version of a title that is.

2. Requests & Pricing

All Request prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time, per-request charges — not recurring subscriptions:

Every Request includes all available languages, official dubbed and original audio, official subtitles, your choice of video quality up to 1080p Full HD (subject to availability), and download support where applicable — there are no hidden add-on charges. Estimated turnaround is 24–72 hours; you can track progress from My Requests. Request pricing may be revised from time to time; any change applies only to requests placed after the change takes effect.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. XwerseMovies does not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials — these are handled entirely by Cashfree's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, redistribute, publicly perform, or otherwise share streamed content outside the features explicitly provided by the Service.

6. Requests — Rejection & Refunds

An admin reviews every Request; it may be Accepted, Rejected, or marked back for clarification. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how rejected or undelivered Requests are handled.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." XwerseMovies does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming and is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party payment processing delays, or content availability changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
